為歡慶北藝大25週年校慶，關渡美術館邀請到長期紀錄北藝大的影像工作者—劉振祥，將本校20年來的影像紀錄，首次做一完整的回顧。本次展出以「觀．渡」為名，意有回顧從蘆洲校區成校以來到遷校至關渡，這一路發展至今的點點滴滴。透過不間斷的穿梭、遊走在藝術工作者的創作過程中，這些影像呈現的不僅是創作的發表，更多的是讓我們看到藝術工作者們一再的排練，以及創作時的絞盡腦汁。彷彿是藝術生命見証者，劉振祥以敏銳的觀察，用光影書寫了北藝大這20個年華裡許許多多的藝術發聲。從1986年與舞蹈系結緣的劉振祥，於本展呈現近千張的影像，
用這珍貴的紀錄一同慶祝北藝大25歲生日！【創作自述】當過往的所有

透過我的觀景窗
看後台、前台的吐納
校園內一草一木的蛻變
樹苗已成蔭
學生們從初入校門的青澀
到畢業時的化蛹成蝶
人事的物換星移我以一種特殊的緣分
用影像寫下北藝大的滄海桑田
一如擺渡人
路，還很遙遠
人，繼續在走
藝文種子，依然散播飛揚

Curriculum Vitae Liu Chen-hsiang Born in 1963 1983．Liu’s debut in the photography exhibition scene : “Liu, Twenty”, Jazz Art Gallery, Taipei 1986．Photographer for “Dust In The Wind” and “The Terrorists”, locally produced movies regarded as “nouvelle vague” films of the 80s ．Photographer of the annual dance performance by the Dept. of Dance, National Academy of the Arts（now Taipei University of arts） 1987．Photojournalist of the Times News Weekly, China Times ．Photographer for the Cloud Gate Dance Troupe 1988．Photojournalist and editor-in-chief of the Taipei People Monthly, Zili News Corp. ．Liu’s 2nd solo exhibition : “Before & After the Mantial Law” 1989．Chief photographer for the Zili Morning Herald. ．Author of Portraits of the Taiwnese Photographrs , a well-reputed book of its genne . ．Liu’s 3nd solo exhibition : “Vocation & Creation”, Art Center, Cning Hua University . 1990．“The Secular Images” (a quartet photography exhibition) and “Voir et Au Revoir” (a “nonet” photography exhibition), Amoy Art Gallery 1993．“The Sextet at the Eslite”, Art & Cultural Space, the Eslite Bookstore, Taipei ．“The Cloud Gate Snapshots 20” (an exhibition on tour island-wide) 1996．Active participant of the “Visions of Taiwan”photography exhibition (New york & Paris) 1997．“The Thumberlinas” photography exhibition of premature babies (a charity event) ．Photography director of the Taiwan Aesthetics Papers, a quarterly publication ．Liu’s photography studio, “Paperworks” unveils 2000．Author of Taiwan under the Shadow of the Almighty, a well-received book of its genre ．Liu’s 4th solo exhibition: “The Singang Images”, sponsored by the Singang Cultural ＆ Educational Foundation 2003．Active participant of the “30th Anniversary Exhibition of the V-10 Visual Artists”, Taipei Fine Arts Museum 2005．“Imaginary Landscapes”, East Gallery, Taipei ． “On ＆ off the Stage - Ten Years of Photography in Retrospect”, Art Gallery, Concert Hall of National Chiang Kai Shek Culture Center 2006．Active participant of the “Looking at Taiwan from Across the Strait” photography exhibition (Beijing, Shanghai) 2007．“Scenes Behind the Stage”, the Eslite Theater, the Eslite Living Store, Taipei
