Division
The instant that a cell nucleus is divided into two, life rapidly propagates with an astonishing huge and ceaseless force. A breath-taking, prosperous and vigorous energy emerges as if it was going to fill the whole world. The tension of life dramatically sprinkles into a domineering magnificent scene… Gathering
Abstracted people now appreciate this charming scene with a microscope. They are evoked by energetic lives and finally realize, “We, concentrating our attention to observe through the lens, are actually going through the same furious interactions between nerves and cells at the same moment.” Composition
A powerful and majestic vigor piled up and laid out on the wall…it is an immense power. It is like a painting, only that I use “space” as a canvas and “the texture of media” as my paints. By thousands and thousands of strokes, the picture simply looks like the firmament covered by birds that flock all over the sky. We get lost in a bottomless chasm and besieged by fishes of unknown species. This is an abstract painting. We are invited to walk into the painting’s world because of its three-dimensional space, and walk out from it because of disentrancing from reality. The consciousness of sensing our existence inside/outside the painting, decides the place where “body” and “heart” lie.
