Certain enchanting moments of life appear incidentally with fantastic glittering as usual. It could be the very trivial things in daily life: making breakfast for your family, feeling fit and trim when doing exercise, or simply you looking at me and I looking at you at the same time. Liao, Chi-Yu grasps those precious moments and makes them an integrated part of her artworks. She attempts to maintain a private position for them in the videos. Sometimes, they may look like a painting. Next minute, they would want to lead you to the yonder side of happiness…. Those images initiate escalating emotions naturally. They show you desires and imaginations that render the twinkling moments of life. They somewhat calls for your anticipation to look carefully at the fine food on the table, to watch no name flowers swaying in the breeze in the yard, or to find yourself coming up next in the screen.
