The 2012 Asian Contemporary Art Forum will be the core event of the Kuandu Biennale. By gathering outstanding artists and influential curators of Korea, Vietnam, China, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and other regions of Asia to one place, exchange and dialog can take place amongst local and international art professionals. The Asian Contemporary Art Forum, aside from being a venue for artists to share their perceptual experiences, aims to serves as an effective channel for multi-perspective yet coherent dialog through which different contexts intersect. Its purpose is not only to endow Kuandu Biennale with insight content, but also to establish an integration platform that links together contemporary art of Asia.
