Jiyoung Yoon studied Sculpture for her bachelor’s degree in Hongik University, and master’s degree at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her artworks concentrate her idea of the possibility of positive co-existential relationship and the concept of ‘relational resistance’ and ‘the process of negotiation’ or the situational skepticism. These perceptions delicately blend into various forms like sculptural pieces and performances.
