Born in 1979 in Ya 'an, Sichuan province, graduated from Chongqing University with a master's degree in landscape architecture in 2006. Since 2006, He has been teaching in the Art College of Sichuan University. As the founder and chief architect of Rondo architectures firm, his practical creation and thinking have been devoted to the construction of urban public space and the research on the form and meaning of tectonic based on perceptual experience. His research and practice attempt to re-establish the connection between human and natural phenomena, history, culture and time through architecture, explain how the form and structure of artificial space accurately convey conceptual information, and trace back to the concept itself through perceptual experience. In the past 15 years, Luo Ke's works have been concentrated in southwest China, covering small and medium-sized public buildings, landscapes and art installations.
