Dr. Jin-Yu Hsieh, who have taught in Nankai University and Fudan University, is currently serves as a professor in Sichuan University. His research fields includes Human resource management, Career development, and Cultural and Creative management. His dissertations have been released in many journals as Social Sciences in China, Management World, IJHRM, and IJTD. He also publishes several books such as Employability and Its Development, The City of Creativity and the Creative City. Furthermore, Dr. Hsieh has received the Award of New Century Excellent Talents in University, State Education Ministry of China and the First Award of Tianjin Outstanding Social Sciences Achievement. He also acts as Member of Editorial Board in Asian region of International Journal of Training and Development, IJTD, as well as the board member of China Enterprise Management Association Committee and China Human Resource Management Committee. With the experience of collecting contemporary artworks for nearly ten years, Dr. Hsieh’s collection has been reported and interviewed by well-known media as BAZAAR ART, ART BANK, The-Bund and etc. This year he also participated in curating the exhibitions as “Image [Action] Chang Lichi Collection Exhibition”, “Chengdu Blue Roof Art Festival: Feature Exhibition-- Notes on Paintings”, and playing the role of Chairperson of “Blue Roof Museum of Chengdu- Sichuan University Symposium” as well. Besides, he broadly involves as the Consultant of Blue Roof Museum of Chengdu Academic and the board member Shanghai FTZ International Artwork Exchange Center (SFIAE) Committee.
