Korean artists who have not experienced the history of modern Korea directly access the history of the past through the language and photos recorded in the reports of the Allied Forces, conversations with the families of victims (orally), and the notes of grandmothers who have crossed the modern history.

Artists present the past history learned through cultural media through various media by projecting current perspectives and issues. We will listen to the stories of three artists who have approached their respective histories by using the records of the experiences of those who have been through the past. We hear about how artists became interested in events that they had not personally experienced, and what points they focused on when creating their works and how they selected the content and media.

✽This event will be conducted in Korean and Mandarin.
✽Please wear a mask during indoor events at all time.
